Great atmosphere and coffee

As others have written, the price is not justified. The location and ambience are nice but the breakfast is neither of high quality but rather standard and the presentation is not well prepared. You feel a little tired of the payment at the beginning, where you are not given any real information about the buffet etc. (I had ordered a coffee and then paid it additionally, although it should be included in the buffet) and the staff has a misunderstanding Payment directly unfriendly pointed out in a way in which we felt like a parasite. Time is tough for the hospitality industry, but that doesn't justify such an unfriendly way of treating customers. There are definitely places in Heidelberg where you can get better deals for less.

Were guests for breakfast. Due to Corona no buffet but served at the table. For the offered but too high a price. Milk coffee in mini cups. Refill at an additional cost. Selection of the breakfast plate rather sparingly. Order a sparkling wine and have Prosecco served. Everything had to be paid in advance. Individually ordered sparkling wine (Prosecco) had to be paid for immediately.

Rip off !!! have paid almost 30 € for breakfast for two !!!! Attention, here it comes: two wholemeal weck, one light and two slices of bread, each with a slice of Lioner, ham, cheese, butter cheese, Black Forest ham and a mini croissant 2 times coffee! We had to pay before the food was served, so we could either choose fried egg or scrambled eggs, it only came when we were almost done with the food, there was hardly anything going on but the wait staff was overwhelmed especially the waiter, never again !

Panini's made really loveless. With a bit of spices and a wealth of ideas, you could do it so easily.

Nice atmosphere, but in my opinion too expensive. Either buffet, ready-made paninis or pretzels. You are almost pushed to the choice of the buffet. Only there are rolls and you can put your breakfast together according to taste. The three points are for the locality ..

This is my favorite cafe in Heidelberg .. Their coffee is very delicious .. They have a nice library .. The cafe design is nice and quiet .. I recommend to visit it

A cafe with an ethnic touch

One of my favorite places. Super comfortable, quiet and mostly not very crowded. The conditions are very nice and the coffee is delicious.

Nice place to relax with coffee or work, but bit pricey. Wi-fi is good, ambience even better.

Very nice, modern rooms. Large mirror, even full body mirror (for me as women necessarily important) Also neat hair dryer :-) Breakfast until 14.00 o'clock possible. Long open in the hotel. Refrigerator in the room could possibly be beneficial for a longer stay

Small but nice. Fine snacks and caffes at justifiable prices. Are very tolerant we are allowed to perform regular games afternoons at the big table.

One of our favorite hotels. Have been there 3 times !. Except for the breakfast in the price is not included (with the small selection) much too expensive. Room clean and bed cozy. Central to the city center about 500 meters walk is in the old town .. which is very nice.

Café inside a hotel entrance but very cosy - the bookshelves lend it quite a nice atmosphere.

Enough selection at breakfast. The staff was not so nice, did not know that you have to pay the breakfast at checkout. Card payment is not possible.

Location. The location is very good. Central and Historical. Directly in the former Frauenbad. Ambience. Very nice cafe with good food. Self-service is ok. Staff. Very friendly and very professional. Star deduction. Only cash payment possible. Nowadays a no go. Conclusion. Definitely worth a visit.

nice place for a quick coffee break, very relaxing atmosphere

It's an ok place, but beware it's part of a hotel. In the morning most of the tables are reserved for guest to have breakfast. Not such a great coffee shop atmosphere in that moment.
